Depleted, fractionated, desalted, concentrated samples migrate onto the high-affinity 96-spot capture slide. After a final rinse, you can deposit crystallization matrix right on the spots for MALDI-MS, or extract your clean samples for higher resolution processing such as LC/LC-MS. |
